5. Full-time personnel are required to check the grouting condition of the vault concrete when it reaches the top, and immediately stop the irrigation after it is filled to prevent serious deformation caused by the extrusion of underwater concrete to the formwork.

6. In the actual operation of the telescopic type, pay attention to the situation of the gantry load-bearing beam and template at any time and place. If the problem is found, the actual operation should be terminated immediately, and the actual operation is prohibited blindly following the trend.

7. When the trolley shuttles, pay attention to the distance between the trolley formwork and the concrete anytime and anywhere. If the gap is too small, immediately adjust the horizontal movement and lift hydraulic cylinders.

8. After installing the oil pump motor and disassembling the main power plug, pay attention to the conversion of the gasoline pump. Otherwise, the petrol pump will not be able to pump oil and will burn the petrol pump in a short time.

9. When the Formwork Trolley must be transported, it must be a vehicle with a larger template than the trolley. When placing the formwork face down, the total number of overlaps cannot exceed five to avoid deformation. When tying the trolley, the wire must be connected to each piece. The lifting eyes of the template to prevent dragging.

10. When walking, prevent the ventilation pipe from being hung with the trolley and damaged. Observers are required to observe the top and both sides of the trolley to prevent the trolley from being hooked when it is moving.

11. The Highway Construction Trolley has no brake pedal equipment. When parking on a slope, a wedge block or stopper should be installed on the parking position.

12. When the trolley does not need to be selected for a long time, the bottom title should be on the steel rail, the side mold ball screw should be well supported, the motor should be protected from moisture, the switch power supply should be cut off, and the outer surface of the trolley should be polished and neatly coated with car engine oil. 13. The passing space under the gantry frame of the trolley should be marked with warning signs anytime and anywhere to prevent all cars from colliding.

14. The switching power supply of lighting fixtures on the trolley must be 36V switching power supply. Various cables should be maintained during the whole work process, and the power distribution cabinet should not be destroyed; if there is damage, it should be handled properly. During the work, the power supply test button should be used to power off, and the leakage protection should be replaced immediately if it is found to be inoperative.

15. When each set of secondary linings are accurately positioned, all ball screws must be firmly supported in time to prevent the template from moving or destroying the ball screws when the total number of ball screws is insufficient.

16. The vault concrete tunnel detector should be installed as an auxiliary device to cooperate with the manpower to observe the vault concrete grouting condition.
